Ahmed Iftikhar Chaudhry serves as the Managing Director of Shaheen Grinding Mills, Shaheen Carbonates, and Eagle Carbonates, demonstrating a strong leadership presence across the mineral processing sector. His commitment to excellence is further evidenced by his active roles within prominent industry bodies: he is a General Body Member of the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI), an Executive Committee Member of the Pakistan Chemical Manufacturers Association (PCMA), and an Executive Committee Member of the Lahore Township Industries Association (LTIA).
Mr. Chaudhry’s diverse portfolio reflects his exceptional abilities and his commitment to making a positive impact across various sectors. He possesses a results-oriented approach to management, bringing a wealth of technical expertise and leadership experience to his roles. His journey with Shaheen began with a rigorous technical training program, equipping him with a deep understanding of the industry.
As Managing Director, Mr. Chaudhry oversees critical functions including:

Mr. Chaudhry has a proven track record of success. He has actively participated in three successful Coating Shows, showcasing Shaheen Grinding Mills’ expertise and innovative solutions to the industry.

He has also received the Businessman of the Year Award in 2012. Ch. Iftikhar Bashir is the former Senior Vice Chairman of LTIA and former Chairman of Lahore Township Industries Association (LTIA). He is the President of the Pakistan Grinding Mills Association (PGMA). Being a socially responsible individual, He is a contributory member over various other platforms for which he was awarded another award of recognition by the President of Pakistan for his social work. Belonging to the Arain community he has made remarkable contributions on the platform Anjuman-e-Aryan where he holds the status of senior vice president. Last but not least and amid his efforts, his name has been added on the wall of Covid-19 heroes in Governor House Lahore.
